Palashika Refund & Return Policy

At Palashika, we are committed to delivering exquisite sarees that meet the highest quality standards. To ensure complete customer satisfaction, we have outlined our refund and return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
- Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion may be non-refundable unless defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized sarees
- Sarees with obvious signs of wear, washing, or damage
- Gift cards and accessories sold separately
3. Return Process
- Email our support team at teams@palashikaluxe.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if defective)
- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization within 48 hours.
- Ship the saree back using the provided instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- To request an exchange, follow the return process and indicate the desired replacement saree.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged saree, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photos of the defect or damage.
- Palashika will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
